We will be working with heart centered cacao and journey to our inner child to remember our earliest heart desires. We will drive into what brings us joy and how we can alchemists our inner child into our daily lives. Each participant has the option to receive hands on reiki. 

Please bring a yoga mat/blanket, eye cover, journal, pen and anything else that brings you comfort. As well as a photo of yourself as a child to put on the altar.
