Reiki 1 helps us explore self-healing, and is also referred to as Shoden, it is the first level of empowerment and is where you learn to heal yourself with reiki energy. This first level is open to anyone interested in learning about reiki and does not require any previous experience or training.

This training includes a manual, an introduced to one of your plant allies to weave into your reiki practice and upon completion, you’ll be awarded a Level 1 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Certificate.
